Difficult to find a phone number. Your system indicated a phone number for me that was not correct. I should not have to wait 24 hours for an answer. Confusing information about who I would actually b
I have a simple question about the most effective way to use the product with your name on the box that the pharmacist does not seem able to answer. I've spent over an hour trying to research a working phone number for you only to be told by the automated system that they would call me back on a number that was not and never has been my phone number. Then I'm told I need to carry the phone around for 24 hours to ensure I'll get a return phone call which I seriously doubt will ever happen.

I am running out of the brand of Milan live all thyroxine, and I tried switching to something else, and it made me very sick. I am seeing if I still have any of that brand left in our need and trying to find pharmacies that still have some in stock.

Verified ReviewerEstradiol patch doesn't seem right
I was given this brand for the first time at the last refill. I have taken estradiol patches for several years without any issues.
With Mylan, my breasts started hurting quite severely.
I wonder if the dosage is not correct or if the patch is not releasing the dosage correctly. I do not recommend this brand.
- Breasts hurt terribly with this estrogen patch

Verified ReviewerImpossible blister packaging
Don't bother, don't waste your time with Mylan, they take your advice, then continue what they're doing with zero regards for their consumers.
I contacted Mylan maybe 3 months ago regarding their terrible blister packaging on Tapentadol tablets. Its impossible to get them out without breaking them.
I'm arthritic they really hurt my fingers because the blister are soooo thick. They said they would look into it but haven't, just fobbed me off.
I'm going to change pharmacy so I won't have to use them! Poor customer service!

Verified Reviewer |ESTRADIOL METAL TUBE OOZE
I probably WASTED 1/3 of my first tube of Estradiol due to the constant, FAST oozing of this product EVERY TIME I removed the cap. I'd be desperately trying to attach the applicator with the cream oozing all over my fingers every time.
I'm supposed to use 1-gm twice weekly and the tube is supposed to last 90 days (Ha!).
The pharmacist overrode whatever limit my insurance put in place (this one time) for tube #2, but warned BC/BS (Federal) would not be happy about it. My pharmacist told me metal tubes of creams/ointments are always "exploding" in the pharmacy... So why do you use them?
For the record, I ALWAYS have problems with prescription medicines in metal tubes: Teramycin for my cat (Negotiating the ooze, trying to get it into his TWO eyes, being clawed to bits. Good times), Tretinoin (Which I CAN still use because I let the stuff ooze into a seperate container to use next time).
However, I can't "rescue" oozed-out Esradiol because, how would I get it into the applicator? All that expensiveproduct is just wasted. It's nuts.
If you were to put Estradiol in the same soft, pliable plastic tubes most otc creams & ointments use, what would be the harm?
I have been all over social media forums about this and EVERYONE hates the metal tubes for the same reason.
In the meantime, could you PLEASE tell me how to at least to MINIMIZE the unwanted oozing before I start tube #2 and BC/BS refuses to cover this medicine for me? I'm already panicking about opening it.
PLEASE & THANK YOU
- Make a great cream
- Put the product in metal tubes equals ooze
Preferred solution: Action
User's recommendation: Tell them you want them to ditch the metal tubes!

Rediculous requirements to get an expiration date
I was told in order to get the expiration date of a flea and tick medication tube I would have to supply all types of information to them. I said, I would not provide additional personal information that it was not my fault there was no date available , they said they could not help me then which was rediculous. Get your act together Mylan!!!

I have a three-month supply of your 0.0375 estradiol patches, weekly. They are huge and uncomfortable, constantly folding and falling off within 24 hours.

Verified Reviewer |Advisement
I have not been provided a resolution to the continuing problem of my patches not adhering.
I am writing to notify you that the last 2 boxes of Clonidine Transdermal System, USP patches that I love have been not adhered to my skin for the entire 7 day period. I take 2 showers a day and I've lost 2 of the 4 patches, which presents a problem with my pharmacy because it forces me to exceed my prescribed dosage.
Please advise how I can ensure the patch will adhere because I use the adhesive cover that comes with the medication and both the patch and the cover do not stick.
Thank you.

Left a ring of rash on my skin . Product too big and does not stay on skin .
This product is not a good product. You put a patch on and the patch sweats underneath your skin therefore comes off after one day of use.
You have already given me a free box which I appreciate but this is not a good product. And now I'm left with a itchy red rash on my belly.
User's recommendation: Make a smaller one and improve the adhesive

Verified ReviewerResolved: Changed patches
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Nothing happened with the company.I ended up asking my doctor for a different patch, so he called the pharmacy and got me the Estradiol TWICE weekly patch, by Mylan (ironically) and they are way, way, way better!
My pharmacy switched me from the Vivelle dot to the Mylan patches. They are HORRIBLE.
All of my symptoms came back, full force. Plus, they are humongous!
They dont stay on, and they are super thick. Ive been on the patches for years now, and need to get back to something else!
User's recommendation: Vivelle dot
Patches do NOT stay on. Ive tried them this is the 2nd box that only stays on about 2,5 days. The first box was great and asked the pharmacy to keep them in stock for me. NO MORE
for $12 per patch with insurance I expect them to stay on. Big rip off.
I've talked to my pharmacy and we will no longer be getting this product. he was happy because they cost him more than the other brand.
