How many of you have cleaned the area AND used alcohol in an attempt to get this product to adhere? When I called the manufacturer, they indicated, "sometimes you can use adhesive tape around the edges for better adhesion..." ARE you kidding me??

Therefore, I called my pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) whereby they indicated to me, "it's a known fact that this product doesn't stick.." and I replied, "as a consumer, if you (PBM) already know this, why are you allowing your unsuspecting members to pay for a defective product'? Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
